“On our first visit my teenage son lost his phone. The staff went out of there way to help us find it. After searching the booth with no luck they took apart the seat cushion only to find that it had slid between and underneath the seat cushions. This whole ordeal took about 20 minutes. The amazing part of this story is that we did not ask for their assistance, they saw us looking and came to our aid. Their concern was genuine and their act if kindness has gained them loyal customers. Thank you to all the staff of Blackstone. And, the food was great!”
