Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Staff was attentive and made our night enjoyable. Some food came out cold and the waitress was quick to get out another oder for us which was awesome. Would definitely come here again.

The reason I'm not giving a 5 star review is because they put us right at a table by the washrooms and with having a 2 year old in a high chair that was super annoying with constant people passing us. Other then that seating issue, our waitress and other workers were very nice to us. We always had fresh fries and drinks which was nice, plus all our dinners were good. My son also enjoyed the balloons and the chalk boards up front. Overall great experience and we do plan on coming back. Thank you!

Oswego has one of the best Red Robin restaurants in Illinois. . Red Robin provides quality burgers at decent prices. In recent years their process have increased, tableware has disappeared, and employees seem to cover more tables. If this company returned to their roots of quality service they would deserve a five star rating.

They have great food and very friendly waiters. The only negative experiences we've had are servers not giving us enough sauce. The baskets of fries are also very inconsistent, one time you may get six fries, another day you may get twenty. There is a variety of food available, I personally suggest the grilled chicken salad with honey poppy dressing. The drink selection is also good, the smoothies are outstanding, specifically the Hawaiian heartthrob smoothie. The prices are a little above average, but most sides are bottomless. Service is normally quick, the longest we've ever waited for a meal was about twenty minutes. It is really nice inside and modern decor is everywhere. It is a minor inconvenience to have to ask for salt or pepper, but not a huge issue. It has a very family friendly atmoshphere, while also having an adult area. Overall, despite some minor issues, I highly recommend visiting and enjoying the variety of foods and drinks they offer.

Always good. Service it's hot or miss. Always busy but they handle it well. Best choice around for mainstream burgers. Many tasty options are available. And I think their first are pretty terrific too!
