Pretty good first experience. Took them awhile to sit us (2) and actually sat other groups before us even if they had arrived later.

The food took longer then expected but our waitress was very attentive and any random wait staff that saw we needed anything would easily jump in to help.

At the end they offered us free desert for the slow meal and that kind of hospitality wasn't expected.

If it's even similar to this every visit I'd fully recommend.

Had steak dinners. My husbands steak was overcooked so they brought him back a new one and it was perfect. They did a great job trying to accommodate us with a very good meal! ???????????????? Great job!

Always a great place to eat. The servers are always friendly and the food is fantastic. I love the Ribeye and they always grill it perfectly for me, very rare!!!

Better service thanks to the manager saving the day. Waited 15 minutes after being seated for service. As far as your steaks it is hit or miss depending on who is working the kitchen. Steak was cooked good.

I was ecstatic with my experience here at LongHorn. My waiter’s name is Rocky. I say IS because from now on I will be requesting him every time I go. I recommend him to anyone who goes. Best waiter I’ve ever had!!! He is so warm and friendly and on top of it all, he’s an excellent server. He never went more than 10 minutes without checking on us to make sure we were okay and our food was to our liking. I never had to ask him for a glass of water to go with my alcoholic beverage, he brought it on his own and I didn’t have to ask for to go boxes because he already brought them to me. He always had a smile and he was so polite. I am very VERY happy with my experience. He brought a smile to my face and I will definitely be returning thanks to Rocky! Also the food was to die for!
