“Normally I would not rate them this high. Usually when I come here in here for a while waiting to be helped. Today 3/13/19 has been by far the best experience i have ever had. All due to a waitress named Pepper! She not only was waiting on the 8 to 19 tables but she was also cleaning tabels and running the register and seating people. I cam in at 2pm and left at 3pm. She was amazing and completely made my day!!”

“Part of our order always includes a four cheese souffle. Usually they are out on the counter but have no problem throwing one in the oven OR putting one on hold that's currently in the oven. You can always count on this Panera for a great breakfast, lunch or dinner!”

“I typically don't like to rate negatively but the last two times I've ordered sandwiches they've been lukewarm at best and fairly chilly in the middle. Unfortunately they didn't answer the phone when I tried to call on both occasions. In-store customer service is really nice but lacking on hot food quality.”
