    Fast service but they forgot some of my side dishes

    It's no longer like the older KFC' s staff just doesn't seem to care 9 out of 10 times the order is wrong or I get chicken that is so dry from sitting out a lot longer than it should. This isn't service it's a disappointment. They need someone to step up and show them how to run a great and efficient restaurant before it's fails or gets sued from eating undercooked chicken.

    Got there at 8:40pm and the lobby door was already locked. Went to the drive through girl had lack luster attitude. There were at least four people inside and it still took fifteen minutes to get my order. The new chicken and waffle sandwich was really good. The lack of baked beans made me sad and the potato wedges I got were not very good.
