    Big Jack's is so yummy! I love their Tamale boats - traditionally with shredded cheddar and onion but today I decided to change things up and get chives and tomato with shredded cheddar instead and it was phenomenal!

    I can't say I was very impressed with this place; rather, it isn't what it used to be years ago. I mean, you cant REALLY screw up a Chicago style dog, but the price I paid was crazy for a place in Round Lake .... one chicago style hot dog with a tiny bit of fries, Maxwell polish with fries and 2 drinks and I paid almost $17... service was as good as it can get for a pickup/order window.

    I got my kids food here, they said the burgers were good. They hand cut their fries, which is awesome, but they were a little soggy/greasy.
    I would get take out here again, and call in the order. They make the food, to order, so if you wait it'll be longer than you think. The eat in area is small and cramped.

    If you go there, you have to get the Italian Beef and have it dipped. They hand cut their fries with the skin still on the potatoes. Absolutely delicious.
