Buona - Kildeer

Just open in Killdeer Il. near Lake Zurich.
Visiting first time Ordering chicken salad ,the chicken was a very good but unfortunately the chicken was hot so my salad get quickly mushy, not a good idea .

Just what the area needed my wife and I use to go to the Rolling Meadow location which is gone we are Italian Beef lovers I stopped in for the Grand Opening in the evening and no surprise to me but the was delicious I had the Cheesy Beef and fries combo sweet the parking was convenient the store was busy in the dining area the associates were friendly I was greeted at the door which was nice my wife and I work retail so we definitely know about customer service I was by my self and was in and out in less than 10 minutes even the Corporate people standing in the back seem friendly Welcome to Kildeer, Il I shall return!!!

The food was so good and the workers are so nice. I had the Buona Cheesy Beef and it was so good and the waiter was so nice. The place is so good-looking and everything else was amazing! It’s a good thing that “Buona” and “The Original Rainbow Cone” are connected!

I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this location. I went there on friends & family day, and I was very impressed with everything from entering to leaving. Friendly staff, inviting atmosphere, the best avocado pepperjack burger & onion rings hands down, and of course their famous Rainbow Cone ice cream! I was expecting it to be somewhat chaotic or some of the food to come out wrong (which is normal for a first opening) but Buona exceeded my expectations! Right down to their super clean facilities with a hand dryer on the sink 🙂 and the professional, pleasant management. I know Buona is known for their beef sandwiches, but you have to try a burger! You won't be disappointed!

Went during the soft opening. Time slots were chosen which alleviated it being too crowded. I was there a little before two and the person who took my order was friendly and thorough. I made a couple of changes and he repeated my order back to ensure it was right and the people making it got everything correct which doesn’t always happen when a restaurant first opens. Food was tasty and service was great! Will be back.
