“I honestly don't have anything negative to say about this location. I went there on friends & family day, and I was very impressed with everything from entering to leaving. Friendly staff, inviting atmosphere, the best avocado pepperjack burger & onion rings hands down, and of course their famous Rainbow Cone ice cream! I was expecting it to be somewhat chaotic or some of the food to come out wrong (which is normal for a first opening) but Buona exceeded my expectations! Right down to their super clean facilities with a hand dryer on the sink 🙂 and the professional, pleasant management. I know Buona is known for their beef sandwiches, but you have to try a burger! You won't be disappointed!”

“Love this place! We came opening weekend so the line was a bit long but that’s to be expected. The inside is very clean and modern looking. Theres tables indoors as well as outdoors to dine at. There’s a ton of salad options to choose from otherwise you can build your own salad bowl just the way you like it and they have tons of options for toppings dressings. Only complaint is that it is a bit costly and I wish you could get more toppings without paying extra.”

It’s specialized in Chengdu culinary style, spicy and numbing. I’m sorry if you don’t think it’s real Chinese food because it’s not the typical sweet and sour stuff that you get from “Chinese restaurants”. I posted the entire menu so my Chinese fellas (you are welcome!) can see what you are REALLY looking at here. I had to call them to speak in Chinese for my pick up order because I don’t understand English menu for my Chinese food. “Treat your taste buds to some deliciousness! Stopped by yesterday, to support this new local business in Lake Zurich. Immediately complementary chips and salsa were brought to my table. Note: these are homemade chips and homemade salsa. When I go to restaurants I generally do not eat the salsa, because it's way too spicy for me. Lucky for me, I decided to wing it and give it a try. It was so delicious, I ordered a second bowl of it! And that is saying something my friends! It was the tomato salsa, and I definitely recommend it. For lunch I ordered the ground beef burrito. I think it may have been one of the best burritos I've ever had in my life, and I'm approaching the golden years so that's saying something! They sprinkle a little cheese on top of it (i'm not sure what kind) before they serve it, and it adds this tiny little pizazzy flavor that will make your taste buds dance . Reasonably priced. I sat outside, the table and chairs are nothing fancy, but simple and comfy. Enjoy!!”

My flavor it place is for all ages but is popular with teens and children. It has a different special each month. This month flavor is cinnamon apple and is serving hot chocolate and frozen hot chocolate. I am very excited it is now open all year compared to only in the summer.
