Dunkin'

Was quick, easy, and painless. Got my coconut caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar for $1.63 after 3 pm. Not much else to say.

I've been told that this Dunkin Donuts is owned by the same owner as the one in Pleasant Prairie as well as the one on sandlake and 45 this one is by far probably the worst service one I have seen. But I pulled up to the window there was a bunch of garbage that was getting ready to be thrown away and was sitting right in the middle of the floor as well as a mop right in the middle of the section where the coffee machines and cups were. That pretty sure I saw her put the bag and then reach it took them a solid 10 minutes to make me two sandwiches and a coffee and the lady at the window was consistently on her phone and they were talking amongst each other on the mic when there was a line of people waiting to order are the drive-thru. I would definitely recommend a better customer service to the owner and a little bit faster most definitely the one on 45 and Sand Lake I'm never there longer than 5 minutes. The management definitely has to change here or at least get a wake up call.

Good for a fast cup of coffee quick breakfast sandwich are a dozen donuts for work

The staff is very nice and always make the breakfast sandwiches perfectly compared to other Dunkins that slap it together with no effort. Also they are fast! I will be behind 5 cars at 6:30am at the drive thru and it will only take 3-4 minutes till I'm driving off with my coffee. Very consistent!
