The best ribs I've ever had. The beans were amazing and the corn bread was fantastic as well. Do yourself a favor and get some food here. I'm from Idaho and I need to find a place like this back home because WOW

The food is amazing! I had the pulled pork dinner and everything down to the cornbread muffin was delicious! Well priced and friendly staff. Did wait in line for a while, but that was quickly forgotten once we started eating. Highly recommend.

Go to the counter. Ask the person cutting meat behind the counter what's good that day or what he/she would get. Order it and be happy. No, it's not quite Kansas City or St. Louis, but it's fantastic and probably the best BBQ you will find in Northern Illinois.

Best BBQ I’ve had in a long time! We ordered the rib tips, beans and mac&cheese. ALL of it was delicious and fresh. Husband loved the peach cobbler and I must say the ribs were tender and seasoned to perfection. Also nice portions could have shared the meal. Staff was very friendly. We will be back and I do recommend!

Fantastic tasting food and sauces, I have the sweet potatoes and coleslaw, paired with the pulled chicken and burnt ends. Definitely in the top 3 burnt ends I’ve ever had. That hot ish sauce was my go to for the whole meal since I like a good heat and it definitely delivered without overpowering the flavor of the meat. The sweet potatoes are paired well with the seasoning they used to cook them and have a perfect ratio of sweetness that allows the original flavor to come through still as well. A good vinegar coleslaw. The only reason I did not give a full five stars was because even though the food was pulled from the smoke and ready to eat before we finished paying for it, it was not steaming hot but other than that I do not have any complaints. The service and speed of the food preparation was fantastic as well as all of the flavors. I would definitely come back and recommend this restaurant.
