(June 5, 2019, 7:01 pm)Had my second ever horseshoe here. It is extremely filling and delicious. Their queso is rich and cheesy, the waffle fries are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The chicken meatloaf was as good as many say. Service was attentive and prompt.

(May 26, 2019, 1:46 pm)We ended up here after a fiasco at a nearby restaurant...we are so happy we did. We sat at the bar because they were packed. The bartender was so energetic and friendly. The food was fantastic. Highly recommend this place! All around good!

(April 8, 2019, 4:55 am)Love Sol Bistro! If you're going at a busy time or on a weekend, I recommend calling ahead. The wait staff is great!! Very fast and attentive. The guacamole was delicious! My husband loved the tacos! Definitely need to try this place if you haven't.
