“Ok, overall, the food has always been pretty good here and we always come back.(it's the only Wendy's in town) That being said, if you go in here on a Friday or Saturday night, is has the tendency to be a hot mess. The drink machine is cool but the fact that there's only one is no good, if there's more then one person getting a soda, you're gonna be waiting a minute. So yeah, we've never had a complaint on the food and to me, that's the most important. So if you need a Wendy's fix, definitely stop in.”

“Backstory: I'm in town from the Chicago area for work. One of my coworkers got a burger from here earlier in the day. It looked and smelled great, so I figured I'd stop in. The burgers were good. They remind me of Steak and Shakes burgers. The onion rings were really good. Some of the best onion rings I’ve ever had. The customer service was good. The prices were really good as well. I'll keep this place in mind for the next time I come back here for work.”

They encourage you to call ahead to place your order, and during busy times it's a good idea - but honestly they're so fast here that I seldom wait more than five minutes for my pizza. “Panera was one of my favorite restaurants, but no longer. I'm not sure what has happened, but there has been a real decline over the last year. On each of my last few visits, there has been a problem. This time, no egg for the Spinach Salad. That's not as bad as the visit when they didn't have strawberries for the Strawberry Poppyseed Salad. At least this time they informed me when I ordered it. They've just remodeled and everything looks bright, open, and new. Unfortunately, the carpet needed to be swept. There were potato chips under our booth and I noticed other areas had similar problems. It was pretty empty and it seems as though someone could have tended to that. The rest of the place looked pretty clean. The food was good, but the portion size has shrunk once more. For the price of our meal, we could have gone to a sit-down restaurant, been waited on, and not been expected to bus our tables like a high school cafeteria.”

“Was there at 9 PM on a Saturday and shocked there was no one inside! The cashier was awesomely patient as we tried to decide on an order. When our food was ready it was very hot and fresh!!!! They had forgotten au jus for a sandwich and when I went to the counter not only did the young lady in drive immediately get it for me she apologized and it felt genuine not just like a script she has to recite!!!!! Anymore in a fast food setting that is rare!!!!! While we were a little disappointed how expensive it has become ($32 for 2 people) the service made the price feel a little less burdensome!”

“There has really never been a bad time at this Monical's Pizza. If you cut back on the tomato sauce in the pizza foundation it makes it taste better. If going other than on family night buffet the best entree is getting the family pleasure for $21 as drinks are included. Kids are charged as well for family night at the same price as an adult. You can get $2.50 off if you tell the waitress you're a senior.”

“I really enjoyed going here recently! I had never been to a Cracker Barrel before but we wanted to go into some sit-down place for lunch and had passed it a few times. The shop in the front is a little weird but I think maybe they do that to keep menu prices lower. The prices were pretty decent, we felt. I got a chicken n dumplings plate and it was really good. I had to add some pepper to my liking but, eh, that's just personal taste. The place itself was clean. The decorations were interesting and kind of like...colonial, I guess? It was good though, everything felt comfort and made sense. The waitress was SO kind and SO good, I was really impressed how prompt she was about everything. I feel like it's really hard to find a good place these days, but this one is pretty decent if you like Southern-style food. I think we'll stop by again the next time we want to do a sit-down place.”

The Burger I had was cooked just as I had requested and was very good. The staff was courteous and the prices reasonable. All in all, if you’re looking for a bite to eat in the Decatur area, give Cheddar’s a try.”
