Colton's Steak House & Grill

I don't like giving it such a good review because I don't want you to go eat my food. Really! We discovered them in Arkansas while vacationing and found the location in Collinsville on Google. We are really happy to have one just 20 minutes away! The service, prices, and most importantly, the food... all outstanding.

We went at 4:00 on Saturday so there were very few diners. Dinner was delicious. I had the single pork chop, a little thin but juicy. The baked potato was fluffy and done just right. My husband's steak was very good. His salad was fresh and very generous size. The manager asked if everything was all right. The waitress was attentive and very friendly. $32 before tip.

First-timers get a free appetizer! We got an onion blossom, really good. My smothered chix breast was amazing. Waiter Josh was outstanding. Western theme, free peanuts, reasonable prices, good variety of menu items for a variety of tastes. Go!

I ordered a 12oz. Ribeye steak, side salad, fries, and fried pickles. It comes with rolls that were soft and buttery. The steak was perfectly cooked well done but was still tender and absolutely melted in my mouth. So juicy! The salad was fresh and more fries than I could eat. The fried pickles were delicious. If you haven't tried them, you should!! Our waitress, Kim, was friendly and welcoming and kept my drink full. Highly recommend!!

Great service! The food tasted good. Our green beans were too salty, but the waiter gladly got us some unsalted ones. Also, the beer I first tried was not too great, and they gladly gave me another one. I love their service! And Joshua was a phenomenal waiter.
