Delicious! We ordered the fettuccini alfredo as individual meals and it was more than enough for two! The sauce is thick and hearty and they don't skimp on the portions. It comes with a soup, a salad (I highly recommend their house dressing. It's a garlicky ranch), and two thick slices of the freshest Italian bread accompanied by a garlicky butter spread.
We regularly enjoy their family size spaghetti with all the fixings for our Sunday dinners and their quality is always a top priority.
Don't forget to save room for one of their oversized desserts. I love the chocolate cake! And the carrot cake with homemade cream cheese frosting is worth every bite. ???? Delicious!
Whatever you order I'm pretty certain you'll be enjoying leftovers at lunch during the week.
Waitress was polite and efficient. Food was excellent. Great experience. Definitely going back.
Service was lackluster, new waitress was slow and forgot to refill glasses and had to be asked numerous times. Risotto bites were excellent. Surf n Turf special was ok. I ordered my steak medium and it was just a touch more than rare, very pink and cool in the middle and my sweet potato fries were overcooked.
Ravanelli's is justly famous for its fried chicken. The Italian dishes, as one might expect, are also very good. In fact, all the food is good, plain, well-prepared American cooking. The early-bird specials and lunch buffet are both fun. This place is friendly, a good place for families and ... anyone but snobs. The prices are right. They do keep it pretty cold in the summer, so bring your jacket.
In town for a dance competition. The booth was not very comfortable. The service was slow, but I think the large groups in the restaraunt and inexperience of the waitress had more to do with that the anything. The waitress rallied after a slow start and messing up my wife's salad. The food was very good and the butter for the bread was great. May go back depending on experiences at other restaurants in town.
