Denny's

Food was cold, waitress was good..went for the pancake puppies..they were out the nite before. ..said they need to make them and let them sit for a couple hours before they actually make them... the waitress the night before said that they were making them for the next day and we got there and they said they didn't have them.. and the waitress couldn't tell us why they didn't have any

I went there for the pancake puppies at 1am. They did not have them at night because the server said the evening shift did not make them. She assured me that they were already made and they would be ready in the morning. When I got there in the morning, the server told me that they didn't get the order in and she didn't know why the server at night would tell me that the batter was made already and it had to set for a certain amount of time. So no puppies for me. When we ordered our breakfast, all the food was cold and the bacon was still floppy when I asked for it crispy. I would like to say that the server did a great job but she did not even think to offer something else in its place nor did she come back to the table more than once and that was to drop the check off. This was definitely one of the worst times I've ever had at a Denny's.

The food was as expected and since I generally order the same thing when I go there that's exactly what I wanted. The waitress was nice enough but she was definitely rushing us. No offer for anything thing else except to-go drinks, we wanted to sit for awhile and my friend wasnt done with her food so we asked her to please wait on those. Not 5 minutes later we had to-go drinks so we took the message and left. We had planned on getting dessert and coffee but decided to go to another place for that.

The food is comforting and delicious. The waitress was friendly and quick to help us. They have remodeled since the past and the new atmosphere is cozy. For the most part it was clean. The only thing I would comment bad was a leak in the ceiling of the restroom.
