    I've only heard great things about CD Meals so today I took a friend to try it out. Amazing experience! We were greeted by the owner, who took her time to inform us about the meals, the nutrition info, and how things worked there. Aside from the personable greeting, the food we ordered was delicious and healthier than we would've imagined! I'll definitely become a regular there!

    A great local place that offers pre cooked healthy meal Prep meals, both Fresh and Frozen. They also offer lunch specials.

    Excellent food and service! Best thing to hit downtown Highland in quite awhile. Thanks for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! Make this part of your weekly meal plan, people! :-)
