WOW! That's the best bbq I have ever had! Ribs made to perfection. Brisket...amazing! The sides of sweet potato and baked beans are a real treat too! Luckily for me to have stopped in early. There's a long line for lunch and it's worth the wait! Highly recommended!

We love Fire and Smoke! Every time our family is driving through we stop for dinner. The food is always delicious and the pricing is fair for the portions. The atmosphere and servers are friendly and welcoming and they bring your food out quickly. One of our favorite BBQ stops!

I love their ribs and their macaroni. I've also had the brisket which is very tender but I didn't care for it (I think maybe I just don't like brisket.) The pulled pork is also very good but I prefer the ribs.

I'm not giving 5 stars because we've only been there maybe 5 times, and twice they were out of one entree item or another, and two other times they messed up our order. Also, the seating is kind of a free-for-all so sometimes you kind of wander around hoping for people to get up before your food comes out. (we only live 2 miles away so have learned to just get take out.)

The menu has a lot to love. Even a vegetarian was able to eat here (not me). The sauces they had available were also all very tasty. The price points for everything were reasonable considering the high quality of the food. Great place to eat! Service was great too!
