    Absolutely amazing! I had the spaghetti, my daughter had the toasted ravioli and my husband a pizza. Everything was so good! Definitely our new go to pizza and pasta place! Well done Joe's Pizza and Pasta!! Welcome to Collinsville!

    Sauce was pretty sweet. prefer less. But all was really good. Should try in Troy or Edwardsville. They have a large menu and the service was really good.

    The food was delicious. I had pizza with a garlic sauce base instead of tomato sauce. It was amazing! My waitress was so attentive and professional. It was my first time and I'm definitely going back!

    I really like the sauce they use. It has a slight sweetness to it. Great pizza, some nice lunch specials, and friendly staff.
