“First time customer today. Ordered a Teaspoon sandwich and chicken salad sandwich. Portions were generous and both tasted excellent. Both came with side salads with your choice of dressing. They have a wide selection of teas that are brewed fresh to order. Took a bit to get the tea, but I realize it takes time to brew properly. I don't notice any soda available, so it forces you to drink something that's better for you. We will return when in the area. I recommend this place for a nice Cafe style lunch.”

“This is a very family and kid friendly ice cream saloon that serves a small variety of food as well. The owner makes the ice cream there in the store and has over a dozen that you can try before ordering. The Gooey Butter Cake ice cream is my favorite so far. On Thursday evenings they have a very creative balloon person for the kids. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly and eager to answer questions!”

“Been here several times over the years and find the food to be basic and similar each time. The food is served home style, nothing to brag about, but plain and tasty and inexpensive. The pies served here are quite good with a wide variety of tastes. I'm not aware of alcoholic beverages being available, could be though? Facilities are convenient and clean, service is friendly and prompt. The seating is basic farm style wooden straight back chairs and tables and a few wooden booths. Very plain and basic, sort of 1940 era. So if plain and simple is your thing, here's your place. Choice of menu meats are wide ranging, mostly fried and everything is country style. Nothing fancy but quite friendly.”

“I love eating here so much! I'm always greeted with a smile and a nice cold glass of tea! The salads are to die for and my favorite soup is the broccoli cheddar. The shining star here would be the dessert tray they bring for you, you will want one of everything! Working my way through trying all of them. Excellent place to have a nice lunch. Decor is nice, and big windows to let the sun shine in while you enjoy your meal.”
