Watched them last week run off a lady in need for sitting in a chair outside, i gave her money and she went on her way. Few minutes later the police showed up to most likely help and hopefully not harm this fragile lady. That made me lose much respect and business. I've been writing most new agency's with the story. I even have video of her and audio of the staff.”
