“Called to place an order and the person that answered was rude. She did not want to answer questions about the menu and when we verified the prices of our subs- they are a full $6 more expensive than advertised online. Her response to this? You should not believe our menu online. Rude! The sad thing is they cater to college kids who are broke, this angers me as my child is one of those kids. I will never again recommend them. *update. Thank you Nick for calling and discussing my concerns. You answered all of my questions and stated a game plan moving forward to correct your menu prices on Google. “Consistently correct, good service, overall quality and timeliness is very good. Pricing is affordable and reasonable. Tasty. No complaints. I think the corporate decision to focus on quality of offerings vs. the prior paradigm - getting a free pizza if it didn't arrive in 30 minutes or less - was savvy and well-considered. In my opinion, one of the things missing in our current customer service and marketing environment is the ability to consider things from the customer's perspective. It seems to me like decision-makers actually tried to do that. The people on the ground seem to "get" that - that suggests to me that they're on-board and respect corporate and management decisions. Regardless why, you've got good people making good food.”

“So much improved over the last visit. Friendly staff and good quality on the food. Last time everything was overcooked, hard and cold from sitting around. When we asked about it, we were told that was the "standard". Having worked for PH back in college days, I knew that was bogus. As that was not our typical experience, we decided to try it once more. This time they pleasantly met our expectations.”
