Foods is good. Service is good. And you can't beat the basket of warm rolls they bring out when you sit down...it feels like your at grandma's. Don't forget the pie!

Fantastic buffet! Friendly atmosphere and exceptional service. Warm WISCONSIN feel in IL! Best broasted chicken ever

The best place to go for broasted chicken. Easy to get to and great food awaits. The owners are always around and usually so is Amanda who tends bar. A warm wonderful woman that will take care of your food fix. As a side note oh, I've gone here for years. I've taken my kids and friends. Everything on the menu is fantastic. I only review The Best of the Best. Don't think about it, just go eat there. My advice? Take it and don't look back, it'll be the best decision you've made in a long time. Like and share.

Location / Atmosphere – An excellent option if you’re looking for a dining experience with great food. Very clean and well managed. We have heard wonderful things about and felt that Crandall’s is an excellent dining option in northern IL.

Food / Beverage – A very nice menu of items that you might find at a ‘supper club’. Being a Friday, we were looking for a ‘fish fry’ and Crandall’s is the place. Both my wife and I had the ‘fish fry’ with ‘potato pancakes’ on the side. The fish was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The potato pancakes were a very nice side.

Service - Very pleasant wait staff on such a busy night. Our server did a great job. Our wait was quite short given how busy the restaurant was. Certainly, a well-managed restaurant as there was plenty of staff on hand. And it's always nice to be served by people who don't mind being at work and have a positive attitude.

In summary - A very nice place. We do plan to return and try other items from the menu as well as their Sunday Brunch.
