“Our office called into Sister's Donuts on very short notice to get lunch for our whole company - we ordered 30 tacos and a burrito- our order was ready to pick up so fast!! Individually wrapped little containers made serving so easy. They did such a great job with our order. The tacos were really great! The fresh salsa was oh so good! They even threw in donuts. Such a nice touch. Everyone said they would order from there again. Happy to have this place in town. Thank you for accommodating our last minute request.”

“Location / Atmosphere – An excellent option if you’re looking for a dining experience with great food. Very clean and well managed. We have heard wonderful things about and felt that Crandall’s is an excellent dining option in northern IL. Food / Beverage – A very nice menu of items that you might find at a ‘supper club’. Being a Friday, we were looking for a ‘fish fry’ and Crandall’s is the place. Both my wife and I had the ‘fish fry’ with ‘potato pancakes’ on the side. The fish was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The potato pancakes were a very nice side. Service - Very pleasant wait staff on such a busy night. Our server did a great job. Our wait was quite short given how busy the restaurant was. Certainly, a well-managed restaurant as there was plenty of staff on hand. And it's always nice to be served by people who don't mind being at work and have a positive attitude. In summary - A very nice place. We do plan to return and try other items from the menu as well as their Sunday Brunch.”

“Delicious food, normal prices, big portions, great service! I got the waffle combo with bacon and scrambled eggs ( came with potatoes) and brought most of the sides home. Except bacon. There's always room for bacon. Wife got the corned beef scrambler - it was very good as well. Inside is great, nice small town diner feel. Donuts were good too. Would definitely recommend.”

“Drove by it but we never had a chance to stop in. Today we stopped in and I’m glad we did! Chips and salsa were great. Tried it with other sauces and was delicious. Also had the steak quesadillas and steak torte. Everything tastes fresh and great. Owner dropped by to say hi and was very nice. We will definitely go here again when in town. Definitely get the chips and salsa to start out with. Service was also great and friendly. Sue was very attentive and always made sure to keep our drinks full and asked if we needed anything. Would come again 10/10.”
