    5/5⭐s Lakehouse on Pistakee in Johnsburg
    Ordered the chicken satay special for a starter. It came served over an Asian slaw which I was hestitant about not being a slaw lover. The chicken was beautifully glazed with a teriyaki sauce and grilled to a moist perfection. The slaw reaped into the teriyaki glaze and I devoured every morsel. My entree was the Cajun chicken pasta which is always a Saturday special. It's coated in a delicious lightly spiced creamy cajun seasoned sauce accompanied by chopped green peppers, red peppers, onions, and grilled chicken. It comes with garlic bread that I requested cheese to be added. It's my go to favorite here every Saturday I can.

    All in all our 2nd home away from home includes delicious meals, amazing bartenders/friends, and good company that makes it feel like a Cheers episode every time. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants good food and good people. Come for the food, stay for the drinks, and get ready to make new friends.
