    Awesome Northwoods style bar with great ice and open water fishing access. Stop in for Wayne's world famous chili. To die for. Awesome owners and staff!

    Feels like a little bar in Northern Wisconsin but no Packer fans!
    Very friendly bartenders and great place to meet the neighbors. Fun times.

    Only warning is WATCH YOUR SPEED.
    which is ONLY 20 mph, on the roadway from Roberts Rd up to the bar.

    Hermann's rest a while is a small bar in port Barrington. I frequent it during the winter months to ice fish the channels of the fox river right across the street from the bar. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. It's pretty inexpensive to park in their lot if you want to go out ice fishing. At the end of the day it's nice to warm up at the bar and grab a drink and a bite to eat. I'd suggest some of their homemade chili.
