The employees all have great attitude and great service. you can tell they all care about you as a customer and the food they give you. There are two that stand out I forgot the gentleman’s name and the ladies name but I will update my review with their names. Another reason is the how clean and nice it looks when you walk in. Even the refrigerator with the bottles are all stacked with their labels facing out. You can tell they try and care. Just a great all around Pizza Hut. Great deals if you sign up on the app. Which I would recommend because you get points and free food! Who doesn’t like free food??”

“The pizza place has a unique style of serving the pizza. most places will make the pizza and put it on a rack on the table, and then leave. At lou's they serve the pizza by the individual slice when you're ready for another piece. I really do like the personal service that they offer. Did I mention that the pizza is great also.”

“Update Feb. 2019: I am increasing my review from 3 to 4 stars. While I have never had a problem here, service seems to be especially friendly in recent months. They were never unfriendly, just all business, but now everyone seems to be happier and friendlier every time we eat here. The food is unchanged and still very good, but the extra nice service deserves another star. Definitely makes me want to go back more! Decent Chicago style hot dog & Italian beef place. Not the greatest, but not bad either. Prices are very reasonable. Menu is huge with all of the typical types of things you would expect to find at a place like this. Not a very big place, but never had a problem getting a table here.”

“The cauliflower crust pizza, as well as the regular crust, are great. My wife is a Celiac and the staff is very nice and receptive to our allergen concerns even on take out orders. Peanuts on the floor take a little while to get used to, but it's a fun place overall. It has the feel of a large Castle with the front doors, and it's not a super loud atmosphere which is nice if you're like me and want to speak with your party! Overall, this is the first restaurant in Crystal Lake that my family had tried since moving into the area, and I think we've already found a fan favorite.”

A friend of mine recommended New Peking. I do have to say that I was a bit skeptical because there were a mixed bag of reviews. However, I did notice that recently, the last 3 reviews were very positive. I am on weight watchers & opted for the steamed fish with ginger soy sauce...Very pleased!!! it was very good. I have had this same entree from the other Chinese restaurant & felt that New Peking's was tastier, far less salty & lighter in flavor! An added bonus was that their price was less expensive. I also like that they have several diet friendly options, where as the other restaurant had non listed on their menu...I will definitely be trying some of there other options...So far so good!”

“I was visiting my mom from out of town and we came here for lunch. I loved the inside it was super cute and we got a table by the window so we were able to see the trains go by. The food was good so I'm looking forward to trying other things next time I'm there. The only problem I had is I feel our server didn't check up on us enough and there were only about 4 other people there so being busy wasn't the probelm. Other then that everything was great.”

I was going to get to the station about 10 minutes early, but was SOOOO hungry, my stomach felt like acid! I needed something, but didn't want to cut it too close. I figured I would stop at J.J.'s for a togo sammie. I pulled in to the lot and parked my car at 3:48 pm. I ordered my #12 paid and was back on Rt. 31 at 3:50 pm. You guy's saved the DAY!!!
