ppwell the old Bloomington standard originally built as a 76 back in the day still not too shabby.. the buffet is long gone but the salad bar still stands. the employees are pretty decent for the most part. service is good I usually get to your table and greet you quite properly unless ones out smoking other short on staff.Paul the manager does a good job trying to keep everything in line salad bar stays stocked nice and fresh all the time which is a plus to this one. open in the summer months Paula get the okay to start barbecuing again they have fantastic barbecue for the last two years don't know if they're going to do it this year or not.
this visit and I had the old fashioned triple stack club sandwich and french fries sandwich was delicious the only problem was one small thing when you do a triple stack Club you have thinly sliced meat and tomatoes. as you could see here there were a couple of thick chunks of ham and thick sliced tomatoes and a 1/2 of the sandwiches just kind of fell apart you couldn't even hold it back together with the toothpicks to eat it that's one know now when you make a club sandwich always thinly shaved and very thin sliced tomatoes and cheese of course. other than that restaurant was clean they could stand to use a few more Outlets though this one doesn't have too many by the booth they are open from 6 to 11 everyday except for holidays you have to check the schedules but all in all the old 76 ta still a good place to stop for some home-cooked stick to your ribs kind of meal.
