La Gondola Spaghetti & Pizza House

Place was very good. Staff was helpful. No gluten free options. But we’re helpful in making a salad and giving options to add that kept it gluten free. Food was awesome!

I went in tonight just to get an order of garlic bread. The woman that took my order was very nice. I paid and took a seat. While waiting, two other parties made orders. A guy from the back walked up to the counter and placed a bag on it and looked me dead in my face. I figured it was my order, but didn't want to jump the gun. I waited while the other parties had their number called out and their bags placed in their hands to see if someone was waiting for the first bag placed. It wasn't until someone else walked in, that I stood up and asked if it was indeed the order I had been waiting on. The girl apologized, but it never should have happened in the first had they all been doing their jobs. I usually visit the other location and I think that's where I'll continue to give my business. I found the behavior to be rude, inconsiderate and lazy.

We love La Gondola! The family spaghetti feast is a great deal, and the bread is to die for! Family friendly. Our son always leaves a picture for the walls. We adore the drawings and friendly employees.
