With Velvet Freeze gone from the Heights I want this place to work. I have been in several times and the ladies working are always nice but seem poorly trained and easily overwhelmed. The food overall is good but the meat sauce for the dogs is too dry.

Had a chilli dog and one of their specialized dogs. Both were good. This place is good for a pretty fast hot dog and has friendly service. Would have given it a 5 star but the place is a little difficult to find unless you already know where it is located.

My favorite hot dog joint. Usually quick to make, about 10 minutes to make 6 dogs with everything. Staff is friendly. I go at least twice a month

Wonderful little eatery tucked right behind the subway in peoria heights. The employees are always happy and eager to serve. Great quality hot dogs and tenderloins. Nice old diner style feel. Very clean too!

The wonderful worker was slammed slammed as the only person there with a few call in orders, drive ups, and 3 other take home orders. She was always polite and a smile in her face. Grace under pressure and great food. The wait was longer than I would have liked (20 minutes) but you play the hand you're dealt. Would suggest an additional person on Friday evenings.
