    Food was awesome, it was the best brisket I have ever had and the collard greens were amazing. The owner was very nice and friendly. I will be back.

    This place is fantastic! Came in right at opening, and got a delicious plate of food that fed three of us. It truly feels like you stepping into someone home and getting an authentic bbq lunch. Both myself and my wife loved everything on the plate and the bbq sauces were amazing. A must go!

    What a great collection of smoked meat options. Smoker right on site to watch the process. Friendly staff and engaging bartender who was on his game last Sunday during a major event. Specialty slushy drinks.

    SLOW HAND Its Located in the center of Peoria Heights inside the Heritage Square complex directly above Pour Bros

    You definitely won't leave hungry here.... the portions are more than fair for the price!
    Stop by and fill your tummy with the best BBQ in town!
    The food here is second to none !
    All of the meats are slow cooked and smoked to perfection and the staff is always ready to serve you with a smile.
    Slow Hand also has a full service bar available along with Jones fountain soda and plenty of room to dig into those good eats!
    Oh and don't worry about sitting at the table waiting to order on a busy night ....No waiting here!
    Walk in order in minutes ,then grab your tray of Awesome sit down and enjoy!
    If you couldn't tell...lol I highly recommend this great place!

    Had the beef brisket recently and it was amazing. Customer service was perfect. Such a great addition to Peoria Heights. It’s also locally owned. The cost is worth it. I would try it if your ever in Ptown Heights!
