Hibachi Grill Supreme Buffet

Sushi bar is pretty good, when they keep it stocked with quality choices instead of leftovers disguised as sushi.

During the week you can tell some food is refried, reheated, and rebaked from lunch and served at dinner; it's dried out. This causes concern for food poisoning, but we just avoid those dishes.

Excellent food choices! Business tip: we want to know where the food comes from? Where does the fish in the sushi come from? All the seafood? Where do you get your chicken? Pork? Vegetables? Humble brag about quality sources, you can charge more.

Good variety however almost every type of meat I ate was dry. The chocolate fountain taste like water and cocoa powder. Not sure what it was but I was not chocolate. Good service and friendly but they need to turn the heat lamps down and cycle their food better.

Love this place!! Always have a great selection of food, always hot, and very tasty. Service is good as are the dishes offered, including appetizers, American & Asian entrees & sides, desserts, fruits & ice cream. Drinks are not included, but a great place to eat, with friendly, open atmosphere. Very clean as well. Lunch buffet runs $11/person.
