I don’t understand all of the negative reviews. This place isn’t fast food so I don’t expect my order to take 5 minutes. 20 to 25 minutes is not unreasonable. I really enjoyed the food. I got the juicy Lucy and it was excellent! I would definitely recommend eating here, especially with the shortage or restaurants in Springfield.

Burgers aren't bad. Prices are high vs equality but to make it worse refills are not free!!! Made our meal price a lot higher. There are other choices in town less expensive. Staff was nice.

This is my first experience at a walhburgers and I must say it did not live up to the hype. The Jenny egg rolls were very greasy, the burgers are average-at-best except for the above average price. Service was just okay. Having frequented The Market Grill several times before I think it was a much better addition to the Springfield restaurant scene then wahlburgers.

It is located in Hy-Vee where the former Market Grille was. I won’t be so harsh because today was the opening day..but very disappointed in the quality. For the price of everything, I expected more flavor. I purchased The Our Burger, side of fries, fried pickles, and a fountain soda to go for $23. The burger did not really have much flavor. It was bland. They put the onion, pickle, and tomato under the meat..making my bottom bun very soggy. The fries were ok, just cold and soggy by the time I drove 5 miles home. The batter on the fried pickles was way too seasoned that you couldn’t taste pickle. I really loved the pineapple cream soda offered in the foundation soda machine! However, I would give it another try because I want to try the Mom’s Sloppy Joe.
