Mc Graw Enterprises/ McGraw Family McDonals’s

The McDonald's on North Dirkson parkway is the best in Springfield. The nicest and most hard working employees. The managers do a great job.

I took my granddaughters to your McDonalds restaurant on Monroe St, Springfield Illinois. It was about 7pm on Tuesday Nov 5th 2019. Employees were on their cell phones. More concerned about serving FRIENDS than customers.. Order was wrong! Had to ask for fries for the happy meals. Your manager was very rude to his trainee. He was telling people what to do while he stood around doing NOTHING. Awful service!!! The employee on her cell phone (behind the counter by your drive through window) was very rude! You have serious issues with this crew! I'm not sure if you'll receive any other complaints but I was not the only unhappy customer in your restaurant. I will try very hard to avoid this McDonalds.

I took my grandkids into the Monroe McDonalds at 10am Saturday March17. My ten year old said that she wished that McDonald’s would be in Chatham. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Several employees came up and talked to us. Even the other customers were so nice and friendly. By far the best experience I have had in a long time! I know it has been a rough couple of weeks for the McGraw family, so rest assure this is one store that doesn’t currently need your attention! Great job to all the managers and staff for a job well done! Can you maybe send some of your staff to the Chatham McDonalds as they need a tremendous amount of work and a better management staff to set the example!
