“Whenever we go to Springfield, we go to Yannis. I lived in Greece during college and considers Yanni's the best gyros. It is a small eatery and definitely not fancy, but they serve delicious fresh food. All the menu items we have tried in addition to the gyros have also been delicious. “I had gone there for a surprise going away party for a friend. We took up the entire right side of the restaurant and most of the bar area. The man in charge of the place that night handled our party as well as the rest of his customers with such ease and comfort, that I thought he was a part of our parties guests. Any and all drink and food orders were delivered correct and fast. Impressive being how the group seemed to be playing an endless game of musical tables. Mixed with a little hide and seek. There was definitely a mixture of every type of people in there. And the place has such a good vibe, that everyone was relaxed and enjoying themselves. I absolutely recommend going! Rather you're alone for a quick bite to eat, or for drinks while enjoying the game room, or having a party with as little or as many people you want. It's sure to be a wonderfully amazing, and unforgettable experience!! FYI, the last known payphone is just outside the front door. If nothing else, it makes for a great photo prop! Great food, great drinks, great staff, amazing atmosphere, good times!”

“What an awesome dining experience!! Met my son here for a late breakfast and it was such a neat place. We sat at the counter and loved watching the staff, a finely tuned machine make things happen. We had the famous horseshoes and they were delicious. The kids next to us had a giant pancake that looked fantastic, and everything coming out the serving window looked amazing! The owners made you feel very welcome and appreciated, which makes the visit even better. We will be back!!”
