Went for my son's birthday. It was amazing!

We have been here several times for lunch and dinner. In the middle of the day it has been great. No trash all over, food comes out in a timely manner or we get the buffet which has been good and has a decent selection, the games had tickets and all worked.
Coming here at night is completely different. The experience is 1 star. The place always seems to be trashed. Several machines we played on were completely out of tickets. 2 ski ball machines just took credits off the card, when I told someone working there he just said, yeah and walked away. The pizza took about a hour to come out. We had to clean a table off to eat. This place is a bit pricey to be cleaning up someone else's mess!
The kids have fun and we will be back, but never again during the evening

Kids love coming here would give 5 star's but a lot of games never work

We didn't get any food but we got cards to play all the games. It was a lot of fun. They have a ton of different options. Lots of games give you tickets but many don't and are more traditional types of arcade games. We went early in the day when there was no line for any of them, which was nice. The place was clean and bright. We had a good experience.

Our waitress was the absolute best. She was prepared, happy to serve us, and efficient as heck???? The kitchen area had a manager back there but things were obviously not running very orderly because every food item that all the parties received was late...like behind schedule time but when your server/ hostess is such a great employee she made things go smoothly and keep us all calm. I think they should alot for more help for parties or or a longer party time.
