Imo's Pizza

The food is pretty good, but a little pricey.

UPDATE: Natalie the day manager has restored my business with Imo’s!! This WAS A 1 star review changed to 5 STARS all thanks to Natalie’s stellar attention to detail, knowledge of her product & ability to restore an entire family of customers. She is the example everyone in the service industry should aspire to reach. Natalie is simply exceptional with her diligence to provide satisfaction. Thank you ever so much NATALIE!! We will continue our patronage of your establishment!!
What a TERRIBLE PIZZA & service!!! The manager was unprofessional & rude. I called to let them know my pizza was over cooked, poorly made!! He tried to tell me when I should call in if a pizza is not quality. I advised I had not had one before this horrible & he was making excuses as to why the cheese was over cooked & how no one else had complained as evidence that mine was fine, the customer must be the issue. What a horrible representation of a pizza as well as services. Even though I told him I did not want another pizza he did not offer any reassurance of better service in the future. Please choose another independently owned Imo’s. No business is perfect that you will not do your level best to create a stellar opportunity for great service.

Great as always. Only get it a couple times a year. Live in mid Illinois.

Imo's pizza is fantastic, however this particular location wasn't my favorite. Due to a boil order we couldn't get water unless it was bottled (and obviously not free), customer service was lacking, and toppings weren't evenly spread about which led to feelings of jealousy over the amount of bacon my half of the pizza didn't receive (THIS is why they lost a star. Don't mess with the bacon that should be in my life!). Lobby was clean, sidewalks were salted (due to ice), and pizza was hot.
Added to review: Turns out you still have to pay for ice water when it is in a cup as well, but they don't tell you this. If I'm paying for the cup and not the contents I'm gonna fill it with something other than water. They lost another star for this.
