Looked them up online to see menu to make a delivery order. I had to call them because their order online would not let me pot bacon on the thin & crispy crust. Placed order, was delivered, & everything was good. But when I looked on receipt it had a $5.00 delivery charge. Not like that was all that big of a deal but it stated on their website that $5.00 delivery fee for 4 miles & free delivery for orders over $25.00. My order was $36.65 . I called and asked about the delivery charge & was told that it is just if order online. This is misleading & desciving. & somewhat poor customer service. Just be warned if ordering delivery online or over the phone what the policies are.. I don't think I will be ordering delivery from them because of this "misunderstanding".
Not told online they have different menus, seeing all good food on facebook but they not cooking it when i go in
I was introduced to Flamentco’s at work but it has quickly become a family favorite. The wings are by far the best in town and the carnivore pizza...YUM!! The service is always friendly and top notch. If you hit at a busy time you might have to wait BUT I promise, it is soooooo worth it!!
We’ve been ordering pizza from the Place since we moved to town almost 2 years ago and their pizza and everything we’ve tried has been absolutely delicious, high quality ingredients, and obviously made from scratch and very fresh...HOWEVER...that has not always been consistent and that’s why I can’t give a 5-star review. There have been a few times when we’ve been disappointed. One time both pizzas were terribly oily with no flavor. Quite frankly those were not edible and we just threw them out after choking down about two pieces of each. Another time the two pizzas we ordered were prepared incorrectly (thin crust on the pizza that we ordered regular crust and vice versa). The employees show you the pizzas at the time you pick them up so I told them right then that they got them both wrong. They did not know how to handle rectifying their mistake. They should not have charged me full price. Also the rewards program is frustrating. You have to remember to present your card and ask the employees for stamps because they do not volunteer. They give one stamp for each large or XL pizza, which is weak because there are plenty of other menu items for which you get no reward. Almost always I have to tell the employees to give me my second stamp reminding them that I ordered two large pizzas.
Bottom line - they were right - their pizza is by far my favorite...I just wish the customer service and consistency in product delivered were up to par.
We tried their pizza for the first time today and had very mixed feelings about it. The crust and cheese were good, but there was virtually NO sauce on the pizza... at all. I love garlic, but it was extremely garlicky--more so than any pizza I've ever had, and I've lived in multiple states . We requested regular tomatoes and were given cherry (there was a choice of the two), and the bacon was very poor quality (super thin). I'd possibly consider trying them again and assume our order was not up to par today, based on comments from other reviewers. Would definitely request "extra" (meaning "some") sauce if we went back again.
