Starbucks

I do always feel welcoming there. But since Covid-19, the waiting line getting longer and longer, no mater in-store or drive through. After waiting for around 20 minutes later, I got a "warn" coffee. I ordered a Hot coffee with half and half milk. I guess I got a half cup of milk hot coffee. I can see they already have at leave 5 staffs on floor. I hope they can have more staffs, I don't enjoy waiting more than 20 minutes for a cup of coffee.

On our trip every Starbucks we visited was effectient, clean and welcoming at the take out window. As always the quality of the coffee was very good.

Today we have went two different times. My wife and teens love it. Me, I'm really ok without. Point is they love it, and that's good enough for me.

Awesome location! They were very fast and staff was very friendly. I went inside to order and received my order in less than 5 minutes even though there was a huve line in the drive through.

We ordered on the app on free holiday cup day. The wait was longer in person than the app estimated but it wasn't the employees fault. The employees were moving very quickly trying to keep up with the amount of orders. The employees remained pleasant our entire 50 min wait while dealing with multiple unhappy customers. Our drinks were delicious as always and we'll continue making the O'Fallon location our usual spot.
