The Egg & I Restaurants

I had the Persian Benedick was pretty good. Really for the price I felt like I could’ve gotten more food, if I ordered something else. The service is kind of slow so don’t expect to get in and out very fast. And really wasn’t that busy for it to take as long as it did.
But overall good experience.

Service was okay, the place was absolutely packed to the brim. The waitress forgot lemons and an extra cup a couple times, but she probably had 10 tables so I understand. My food came out warm and not hot so that was a bummer. Overall a decent place, probably better when they aren't super busy.

We just moved to the area and someone suggested this place. It was around 10:30 when we arrived and it was super super busy. Which was to be expected. The wait was about 15 -20 minutes, I expected it to be worse given the amount of people. Anyways, the service was great and the food was phenomenal. I ordered the corned beef hash and egg scramble. It was soooo good! My fiance got the apple cinnamon pancake and it was also delicious. We will be back, and I'll probably order the corned beef again because it was so good ????

I'm a return customer. Great bfast place. Food is delicious. Menu diverse. Today, their usual exemplary service was absent. Waited too long before we were approached by staff. Once they arrived, things went smoothly. Hope this was an anomaly.

I tried the winter hash, it's a limited time only item. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was, there was a lot of menu items, and the food was great! My poached eggs were made to perfection. The corn beef hash on the menu is also better than any I've had in years! They also are accommodating to switch out for egg whites for stricter diets. I am well pleased with my visit.
The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is because it was so busy and line reached outside! There is not much more than a few seats, no real waiting area/room. The temps were cold enough to snow outside and my little daughter and I had to stand in the cold.

***Update: I went in again and ordered the French toast with cinnamon butter. It was amazing! Also, no wait today. We had a wonderful experience!
