I watched them training new hires how to clean the lobby in their down time and that is just so nice to see, a company keeping up on the appearance of their building, inside and out. The TV screens are awesome for watching sports and the decor is neat. There are a couple simulator games in the backroom and that room can be rented for private parties too. “Last night was the first time we tried Willy's. We got the Mexican Buffet. Food was by far the best Mexican food in Sterling. Food was seasoned perfect. We had a variety of hot and spicy as well as mild food available on the buffet. The chips and salsa was perfect a must have. If you like them spicier ask for the fire salsa if is great but warning spicy. The staff was great. Very polite, helpful and will to answer your questions about the food. Service was quick and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely be back again to try the regular menu items in the future.”

“I'm going to give this place another try in a couple months. I went on opening day at 8pm. They were no longer busy, but the waitress I spoke to said they had been swamped since they opened at 4p. We ordered 1/2 a white meat chicken and 1/2 mixed with cheese curds. This came with the salad bar that had just a tiny bit of lettuce, no cottage cheese, and several other critically low or empty containers. The cheese curds were very good and came out hot. The order of 1/2 white came out with an order of tots and buttered bread. The chicken wings and one chicken breast was so over cooked. The wings had no meat on them and the bones crumbled. The one chicken breast also had very overcooked meat that was hard and dry. The other chicken breast was better. The 1/2 mixed came with tots. This was also very over cooked but had more meat that was edible. I know they had a hard first day so I will come back and try it again and see if thi gs are better after the newness wears off. Our waitress was tired but wonderful.”
