“Food was really good. And the staff was friendly. But a few definitely need to be better trained on their customer service. When I called to place a order for pick up I used the online menu obviously, but when I went to pick up my food I found out that they had daily specials and one of the items mushroom risotto I would of loved to have. They could of made another sale off of me. So it would be my recommendation that all phone orders should be started off with the daily specials. This was my first time so I didn't know they even had daily specials. Plus I waited almost 10 minutes after I was given my dinners, waiting for a salad and dessert. Frustrating for my first experience there yes. But I will definitely give another chance because the food was really good and priced right. No one was rude or anything like that, just very unorganized. Easy fixes if management is aware!”
