Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Food was really good. Our waitress name was Alyssa. She was great! She was really nice. She never had a attitude or anything. My boyfriend joked around with her and she would joke back. Place was clean and everyone was very friendly.

Great burger and drinks. I also love their onion ring tower. Definitely a family friendly place, lots of seating in here so plenty of room to bring everyone. Service is little slow sometimes but other than that everything good.

We realized it was a Sunday, so we tried to go in between peak times. Our mistake! While not terribly busy when we arrived, the hostess was nowhere to be seen. Once we were finally seated, we had to wait for our waitress as well. While I realize in all reality we probably only waited 5 minutes or so, considering how not busy the restaurant was, that seemed unnecessary. We placed our order for drinks and an appetizer and those were brought out, not by our waitress, but by a man in dress pants and a dress shirt, who I assume was some form of management. We went to eat, only to realize we didn't have silverware and I was forced to press the "call server" button on the tablet on the table. Our waitress brought us the silverware, which, upon opening, we realized my husband's set was dirty. Given the service we had received thus far, we didn't even bother to ask for a clean set and instead opted to share mine. Our entree order was delivered by yet another staff member. Our entrees were the only pleasant part of our experience. I had to laugh, however, when I ordered "garlic herb" fries because what I received was a handful of fries with the requested seasoning and the rest were totally plain. Yet another staff member brought us another serving of fries. I think we encountered 3 or 4 other staff members in addition to our actual waitress. Thank God for that tablet on the table so we didn't have to wait for someone to bring the check and retrieve it. Unless we receive another gift card for this restaurant, we will not be back.
