Andy's Frozen Custard

Custard is always delicious. Just did not appreciate how the cashier took my debit card closed the window while she took my payment with my ice cream cone melting in her other hand.. does she really think someone is going to hand over a debit card and flee all over a $5 ice cream come...

Came here with our dog and we were greeted with manners, kindness and professionalism by Trent. He has great customer service skills! We appreciated his friendly demeanor. This employee is a wonderful asset to your company! Great custard and Great employee. We look forward to our next visit!

Me and my boyfriend love going here, its open late so we can still get a delicious snack after everything else near us is closed. We've tried many different items and each one was amazing! Will remain as our late night ice cream retreat!

After coming from terrible service across the street at red lobster, my son really wanted dessert. The line was around the building which looking at, would seem like a nightmare. However the line went by so quickly. The girl taking orders outside was so friendly, took her time explaining differences to us. Overall just wonderful. When we got to the window, the guy working was just as cheerful and friendly. We got my son a super simple vanilla with sprinkles so can’t really mess it up, and my son was over the moon excited. Staff and everything were great.

What a great treat for the family.. iv been getting the drumstick concrete w cherries on top. Awesome! Great employees, very courteous. The drive thru is very efficient.
Folks, b nice to the employees- wear a mask. Sept 2021 I tried the the AJ heath bar concrete - it's delicious. Got me the James brown easy fudge. It's great. April 2022 tried the crumbled waffle cone concrete. Luv it. May 2023 tried the pretzel Carmel w chocolate custard. Delicious. I would like to see a better walkway for order takers outside. Walking on the curb can't b good.
