Steak 'n Shake

I have been coming to this location about 3 times a week for a long time. I am truly amazed at the friendly professional service I get EVERY visit by a girl named Trenita. My order is always correct and shakes are great. What amazes me is how hard she's working and scrambling to get orders together quickly. At the same time she is happy and friendly. Trenita you are the hardest worker, most friendly person around! Thank you!!

I was impressed with the management. The kitchen staff was welcoming and skilled. Our server was not completely up to the task, but was still pleasant. We will return.

The food at this location is never a let down it always tastes great. This particular trip there went off without a hitch. We got everything we ordered and within a reasonable amount of time. Most of the time it is a very long wait for us when we are there for carry out and about one out of every 3 or 4 times they forget an order of fries with our order. So I suggest if you are getting a bigger order just to double check before walking out the door. The quality of food and the courtesy of the staff really helps to keep them at 4 stars for me even with the usual long wait times and sometimes forgetting orders of fries.
