“I am a frequent customer at many locations, pizza is always 5 stars for me. However, I came in to this location this past Saturday. I talked to 2 seperate girls (I had to call back and change something) Both were very polite, Kaylynn and Katy I believe. When I came to pick up, usually it seems very upbeat. This time, the girl at the front was rude. I did not catch her name, shorter dark hair. but it is very unlike most of my visits here. She didn’t smile once. I don’t even think she said more than two words which was to sign my receipt. Usually the faces of the stores are more energetic so I was surprised. Overall, would recommend Lou’s. “It was late and it was the first chance I had to eat the day I was there. I had breakfast at 7 pm. I enjoyed pancakes with berries and whipped cream on top. The night crew is really a ton of fun with I believe his name is PJ or DJ his service and how he engages conversation with me and my wife as well as I witnessed how focused he was with his staff.
