    The owner of the food truck was very kind to me. I am from out-of-state and this was the only Indian restaurant opened for lunch on my route to Chicago. After explaining to him my fondness for vegetarian Indian food, he made a special meal for me that he prepared fresh. Also, he had me try something I never had before: fruit chaat. Ask him about it! I highly recommend this place and will stop here again on my trip back home.

    Some of the best Indian food in the Southern Illinois area and the owners are fantastic people. Definitely worth checking out if you have the chance.
