Dunkin'

I stop at the MP DD, occasionally before going to work, I think the outside appearance always looks clean and nice. However, the employees don't always look their best or sound their best, half of them look like they just rolled out of bed and threw clothes on. I don't think they have the most superior customer service skills or listening skills either, they don't look the happiest either. I always order a frozen coffee and they never want to put whipped cream on it, why is that even an option? I always ask for them to put it on my coffee, as they hand it to me, they seem annoyed by that. I stopped there this morning, got a coffee and asked for a blueberry donut, got everything but the donut. It annoys me the amount of mistakes, that are made, I know everyone makes mistakes, but every single time??

Love the coffee and donuts, but the service I received from the cashier Mackenzie was horrible. Never said hi, can I help you or what can I get you. A poor excuse for someone that should be friendly and appreciative of my business. If you choose to be in a service position like a cashier, you should at least pretend to be nice to your customers.
