The food was really good, but the service was another story. SO SLOW! We got there around 6:30 and it was fairly empty. We sat down and waited 10-15 minutes for anyone to even acknowledge us. Another 1/2 hr. for the food to be brought out. We ordered burgers. If it had been busy it could be excused. I'm not sure if we'll go back.
Recently hosted my sister's Bridal Shower in the private room. We had another wonderful experience. Roxanne was really accommodating to our budget and needs. Our server, Alyssa, was very attentive and friendly.
We recommend checking out Pub 815 for the great staff and service!
Love coming here. Wait staff is friendly and knowledgeable, food is local and unique! Lots of interesting brews to try! Also like the acoustics of the place... You can hold a conversation even in the bar area without shouting.
Front of house service was friendly and attentive. Back of house was slow for a lunch hour. I ordered the country fried steak with gravy. It came on top of mashed potatoes and was covered with onion straws. The meat was over fried and seemed like it was a prepackaged steak from "Banquet". The potatoes lacked flavor, the gravy was basically mushrooms without much sauce to speak of, and the onion straws were okay. It was served on a metal tray that had a piece of wax or parchment paper on it. The paper tore anytime a knife or fork touched it. I'm still not sure how much of the paper I ended up eating. I did notice the pizzas looked okay though.
