Dunkin'

Stale/dried out doughnuts, sterile atmosphere. There aren't any comfortable places to sit. The decore is rather blan compared to some other Dunkin doughnuts in the area. The positive is that the staff was friendly.

Hi everyone! I would just like to inform I am one of the managers at this location. And I would like to say, WE ARE NOT CHICAGO LOCATION. So no, the 24 hours is NOT APPLICABLE to us. It’s different owners. NOT ALL Dunkin’s are run by the same person. As for free coffee refills, we don’t have that unfortunately. We do however have reasonable coffee refill prices and you can bring/buy your own coffee mug/cup and we will happily refill it. I apologize about that stale donuts, if anyone else has experienced that, I am deeply sorry. As for getting orders wrong, that is our mistake and we are working on being more diligent. HOWEVER! Running out of donuts, we have to up our donut order due to becoming more increasingly busy. I do apologize about how upset most of you are that have commented.

Inconsistent! I come here 4 days a week. Half the time my order is wrong or they forget my hash browns. It's supposed to be 6 pcs. If I order one I get 6. If I order 2, get up to 20! Today I only got 5 pieces in one order and only 4 in the second order!! They always give me tons of ketchup that I do not ask for but god forbid they give a napkin. I always know if the one girl is working the window it will be slow and the order wrong. Checking my bag before I move from now on!

Love the coffee here and it's a very decent price.
