Smokey Bones

Had a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and BBQ Baked Beans. The food was good and quick. The atmosphere is great. All was outdone by our server Nina. WOW! What a great representative for Smokey Bones. She made the whole lunch exceptional.

The food was very good. The server was very pleasant and the manager was super friendly and helpful. This is a new restaurant and still has some kinks to work out. Service was a bit on the slow side, but we enjoyed the time with our friends, so it was no big deal. I'm sure things will get better with time. We will go again.

I had an amazing experience at Smokey Bones! Our server, Patrick, was very attentive and was always checking up on us! Plus he definitely made us smile with his positive attitude! The food also came out in a timely manner and this was around 6:30 dinner time on a Thursday Night! I predict I’ll be back again!

Sonny is one of the best servers I have ran across in a while. The managers at Smokey Bones should be congratulated for the decision to bring her on board. Sonny made our experience at Smokey Bones in Rockford a real experience. We had a first timer at the table & she immediately made sure that he was explained the menu, the options & she made some very hard decisions (HUGE MENU) easy to understand. He was put to ease & the order he constructed came out just as he wanted! For me, Sonny gave me a suggestion on dipping my sweet potato waffle fries (YES, YOU JUST READ SWEET POTATO WAFFLE FRIES, ARE YOU IN THE CAR YET?) in honey mustard. Genius move. One of the best highlights of an already incredible night.

I know Smokey Bones just opened & the lines are crazy, but the staff makes you feel like you are the only customers in the whole place.

Again, good job on the owners/managers for putting together a great team. My group had a blast & look forward to coming back again real soon!!!
